  • All our data is kept securely, including all backups etc, within the EU or if in the USA within a Privacy Shield Compliant cloud server.

Website Visitors

If you choose to make an online purchase the transaction is performed through our payment service provider, currently WorldPay. We at The Compost Bag Company cannot see, store or gain access to any card details you give WorldPay and they send us only enough personal information to complete the purchase or request. Those personal details are then covered within this policy.

We disclose personally-identifying information only to our employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on our behalf (eg a carrier delivering a purchase) and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others.
